NARIS is a computerized database with a comprehensive catalog of published and unpublished research focusing on American Indian human and economic development from 1969 to 1984. Containing 15,000 entries which have been compiled, abstracted and synthesized, NARIS can be accessed to retrieve specific information of interest to tribal leaders and planners, Indian organizations, governmental agencies, IHS facilities, private foundations, businesses, lawmakers and researchers. Requests are billed at 25¢ per abstract and 15¢ per bibliographic citation.
